Death Grant of Rs. 500,000/- is paid to worker’s families. However, the amount has been revised from Rs. 500,000/- to Rs. 600,000/- by Governing Body (Workers Welfare Fund) in August, 2020. Documents required to be submitted along with application are as follows:
- Attested copies of NADRA Identity Cards of workers / beneficiary
- Attested copy of "Form-B / Family Certificate" issued by NADRA for the family of the deceased worker
- Service Certificate / Certificate from the employer verifying the particulars furnished by the workers, dully attested
- The Death Certificate of the worker
- Attested copy of the EOBI or Social Security Card
- Account Number with complete Bank detail of the worker
- An affidavit duly attested by the Notary Public or Oath Commissioner that the particulars given by the applicant are correct and if found wrong, Workers Welfare Fund reserve right for legal action
