The Workers Welfare Fund, Islamabad is providing Hajj Scheme for the industrial workers through out the country and reserved quota in the following manners:

The Governing Body Workers Welfare Fund, Islamabad in its meeting held on April 28, 2011 has laid down following condition for Hajj Scheme:
- Provincial Labour Department will invite the application from secured workers
- Worker's minimum age should be 50 years
- Worker got selected for Hajj Scheme offered by EOBI will not be eligible
- Provincial Workers Welfare Board will verify the particulars of all the applicants
- Balloting of eligible applicants will be carried out by:
- Provincial Workers Welfare Board
- Aukaf Department
- Employees
- Workers representative of respective province in the Governing Body
- Workers Welfare Fund
- Two members of the respective Workers Welfare Board
