Housing Facilities
The core purpose behind Housing Facilities (establishing Labour Colonies) is to provide shelter to underprivileged industrial workers across the province:
- Total 34 Housing Colonies have been established across the province
- 7,694 residential flats / quarters have been constructed and allotted on rental basis to Industrial workers of Running / Operational Industrial Units across the province
- 2,056 family flats at Labour Complex Regi Lalma, District Peshawar will be allotted to Industrial workers of District Peshawar on ownership basis

Scholarship
Workers Welfare Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is providing post matric scholarship facilities to the worker’s children studying in HEC recognized colleges / universities which includes stipend, hostel, mess and transport charges etc.

Marriage Grant
Marriage grant of Rs. 100,000/- is paid on marriage of worker's child. However, the amount has been revised from Rs. 100,000/- to Rs. 200,000/- by Governing Body (Workers Welfare Fund) in August, 2020.
